People are so much attached to their Yamaha RX 100 that they spend much more money on it than its original cost, back in the 1990s. It is even one of the best option for motorcycle modification in India.
Yamaha discontinued the RX 100 as it was a 2-stroke motorcycle and the new emission norms did not allowed the companies to manufacture and sell these engines anymore.

# RX100 Super Scrambler
This is one of the best ever built custom RX100. It comes with a combination of 3 shades and uses a long ribbed seat. The specialty come to the use of chrome, intensely done at every possible part.
The custom exhaust looks very neat while the raised front fender provides a dirt bike appeal to the motorcycle. Tyres are thick and carry chrome finished spoke rims. The rear now carries a single thick mono-shock instead of the dual springs.

# Modified Yamaha RX 100 Madras Cafe Racer by Nizcita
Nizcita, the Chennai based modification agency built this beautiful cafe racer from a Yamaha RX100. This unique machine carries golden engine as well as wheel elements while the under-body, seat and rear shocks have been finished in Red shade. A full customized fuel tank along with off-road tyres make this cafe racer look much better than many in the present time.

# Modified Yamaha RX 100 Scrambler by Nomad Motorcycles
Nomad Motorcycle Chop Shop from Pune built this amazing RX100 Scrambler from scratch. They got the donor RX100 in a poor condition and started by rebuilding the engine and then powder coating the parts. The body was refined and then finished in a camouflaged theme with maps of India, Maharashtra and Pune.

# Modified Yamaha RX 100 Tracker by RTM Design
RTM Motorcycles, Secunderabad worked on this 2-stroke marvel and built a simply irresistible version of it. Chopped from the front and rear, this RX100 has been finished in Blue shade and uses a fully restored Black finished engine and custom painted frame. The seat has also been shortened while a unique handlebar has been used with the instrument console being on the extreme left side.
# Modified Yamaha RX 100 by IRONic Engineering
This lovely RX100 has been custom finished in Red and even comes with an aerodynamic front headlight cover and side fairing. The ribbed seat has lost nearly everything below and behind its position. The spoked wheels are finished in Black while the motorcycle’s design resembles a typical cafe racer from every possible angle.

# Modified Yamaha RX 100 by RTM Design
Named the Dirt Tracker, this RTM design offering uses Orange fuel tank, single long rear suspension and off-road, thick tread tyres. The headlight guard, padded seat and custom handlebar makes it fully off-road friendly and it even carries a front disc brake.
# RX 100 (Cafe Racer Projects)
This RX100 Cafe Racer is finished in Pure White, carrying a brown seat and a custom Proton exhaust system. The handlebar has been replaced with clip-on units while the tyres are kept standard with chrome spoke wheels.
Apart from these heavily modified projects, RX100 has also been randomly modified by various fans in their favorite shade and design. One of them has been fitted with alloy wheels and custom exhaust whereas other two are finished in bright Yellow and Neon Green shade.
