Royal Enfield Bullet, Classic 350, Himalayan prices hiked

  • All three models have gone up in price by around Rs 3,000

  • The most affordable RE model now costs Rs 1.24 lakh

  • Royal Enfield’s top-spec Himalayan now costs Rs 1.94 lakh

Royal Enfield has increased the prices of its BS6 Bullet, Classic and Himalayan motorcycles. The price hike of around Rs 3,000 is the same across every variant of all three models. This is the first time that all three models have witnessed an increase in price since the switch to BS6.

The company’s most affordable model, the Bullet 350, was launched in BS6 spec, back in March 2020. The shift to the new emission norm saw a price increase of about Rs 9,000 over the corresponding BS4 variants of the Bullet 350. With the new hike of around Rs 3,000, the Bullet X 350 EFI now costs Rs 1.24 lakh, the Bullet 350 EFI has now gone up to Rs 1.30 lakh and the Bullet X 350 (Electric Start) is now priced at Rs 1.40 lakh.

As for the company’s most popular offering, the Classic 350, it was updated to meet BS6 emission norms quite early on; both, single-channel and dual-channel ABS variants went up by around Rs 11,000, back in January. With the new price hike of around Rs 3,000, the single-channel ABS variant costs Rs 1.60 lakh, while the dual-channel variant ranges from Rs 1.68 lakh to Rs 1.84 lakh, depending on the colour scheme.

Lastly, the Himalayan, now costs between Rs 1.90 lakh and Rs 1.94 lakh (depending on the variant). This is also an increase of around Rs 3,000 over the BS6 model that was launched back in January. All three Royal Enfield models have received no mechanical or cosmetic changes with this price hike.
